Going Deep into Farmlands to Assist Agriculture, Jointly Building a Green Future Byter Technical Team Completes Philippines Market Research Successfully

On May 11, 2026, Bob from the Marketing Department and Wayne, Chairman Assistant of Anhui Byterr Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd., arrived in the Philippines for an in-depth multi-day market research and agricultural technical exchange activity. The team visited multiple core agricultural producing areas across the Philippines, covering planting regions of more than ten characteristic crops including rice, corn, onion, eggplant, kidney bean, Chinese cabbage, cabbage, carrot, potato, watermelon and fresh-cut flowers. Through on-site field investigations and face-to-face exchanges with grassroots farmers, the team gained a comprehensive understanding of local agricultural production conditions and the occurrence characteristics of diseases, pests and weeds. Targeted technical guidance and green prevention and control solutions were provided, winning high recognition from local farmers and partners.

Rooted in the Frontline Farmlands, Accurately Identifying Pain Points in Agricultural Production

During the visit, the technical team went deep into fields everywhere they traveled, carefully inspected crop growth, enquired in detail about practical difficulties encountered by farmers in production, and gave on-site guidance on scientific planting and integrated pest management technologies.

In view of the lack of efficient and safe prevention and control solutions for apple snails in local rice cultivation, Bob stated: "China has formed a highly mature technical system for the prevention and control of rice apple snails with Abamectin, which delivers remarkable control effects while being eco-friendly. This technology is still in a blank stage in the Philippine market. Byter is willing to bring China’s advanced medication concepts and mature solutions to the Philippines, helping local farmers reduce production costs, increase rice yields, and truly realize technology-enabled agricultural assistance."

A large-scale outbreak of whitefly infestation occurred in eggplant and kidney bean producing areas in the Philippines this year. Bob provided targeted prevention and control guidance on site: "Whiteflies reproduce rapidly and are prone to pesticide resistance, remaining a persistent problem in vegetable cultivation. Byter has developed a special and effective prevention and control solution for whiteflies with both quick and long-lasting effects, which can effectively address farmers’ urgent needs. We will soon promote field trials and popularization of this solution in the Philippines, allowing farmers to access reliable and efficient products at an early date."

In onion and cabbage planting areas, regarding the prevention and control difficulties of pesticide-resistant pests such as beet armyworm and diamondback moth, Bob emphasized the importance of scientific pesticide application and resistance management: "Pest and disease prevention and control should not only focus on short-term effects, but also attach greater importance to long-term sustainable development. The core is to guide farmers to rotate pesticides rationally and adopt integrated pest management strategies to delay the development of pesticide resistance. This can not only guarantee current control effects, but also reserve sufficient space for future agricultural production and realize the healthy development of the industry."

Deepening Market Insight, Consolidating the Foundation for Long-term Development

This research visit not only brought advanced technologies and solutions to local farmers, but also enabled the local Byter Philippines team to gain a more systematic and in-depth understanding of local market demand, crop structure and pest occurrence patterns. It provided first-hand decision-making basis for subsequent product registration, market promotion and the construction of the technical service system.

Members of the Byter Philippines team stated that the joint visit with technical experts from the headquarters enabled them to have a clearer perception of the characteristics and demands of the Philippine agricultural market, making them more confident in Byter’s long-term development in the country.

During the research, the technical team’s pragmatic work style, solid professional competence and sincere attitude of serving farmers left a deep impression on local farmers and partners. It vividly demonstrated Byter’s corporate image of "being rooted in grassroots and seeking truth from facts", further closing the distance between Byter and local farmers and enhancing brand reputation and influence. Many farmers expressed their eager anticipation for the early promotion and application of Byter’s high-quality products and technical solutions in the Philippines to help them solve practical problems in production.

In the future, Byter will continue to deepen its layout in the Philippine market. Leveraging the strong R&D strength and technical expertise of its China headquarters, the company will launch high-quality plant protection products and integrated solutions tailored to the actual production needs of local agriculture. It will continue to provide professional, efficient and green pest and disease prevention and control technical services for local farmers, boost the high-quality development of Philippine agriculture, and fulfill the corporate vision of "Empowering Agriculture through Technology, Creating a Better Future Together".
