On July 20, a delegation of five from the College of Plant Protection at Anhui Agricultural University visited Anhui Byter Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. for a specialized enterprise engagement initiative and counselor practice exchange symposium. The delegation included Guo Zhenyu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Secretary of the College; Yang Guogen, Lecturer in the Department of Plant Pathology; Xing Wenjing, Full-time Counselor; and student representatives Wang Haonan and Yang Shuting. The event aimed to further deepen industry-education integration, broaden student internship and employment channels, and advance substantive progress in collaborative education between the university and enterprise.

Mr. Cao Jingxiang, Chairman of Byter, warmly welcomed the delegation and personally accompanied them on a tour of the company's newly established research institute, modern office areas, and corporate culture exhibition zone. During the visit, the Chairman provided a detailed overview of Byter's development history, core business segments, and strategic layout, with special emphasis on the growth trajectories and work-life experiences of previous Anhui Agricultural University graduates at the company. He noted that AAU graduates possess solid professional foundations and strong practical abilities, with many having grown into technical backbone and management leaders, injecting vital momentum into the company's development.

At the symposium, Secretary Guo expressed gratitude to Byter for its longstanding support of the College's talent cultivation efforts. He expressed great satisfaction at the rapid growth of graduates within the enterprise and highly praised Byter's systematic and tiered talent development framework. He pointed out that the College has always adhered to the educational principle of "writing papers on the vast farmland," and looked forward to further deepening collaboration with Byter in areas such as joint construction of internship and training bases, curriculum optimization, and collaborative scientific research projects, aiming to achieve an organic alignment of the education chain, talent chain, and industrial chain.

Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on new models of industry-education integration, precise alignment of student internships and employment, and enhancement of counselors' practical enterprise capabilities, reaching multiple preliminary cooperation intentions. In the future, both sides will join hands to create a model of university-enterprise partnership, jointly cultivating more high-quality applied talents for modern plant protection and high-quality agricultural development.
